Oversize string

A tracev3 chunk (tag 0x6002) holding Unified Log argument data too large for its entry, sometimes stored in a later file.

When the arguments of a log entry do not fit in its firehose record, they are written to an oversize chunk (tag 0x6002) and the entry keeps a data reference. The oversize chunk can appear later in the same tracev3 file or in the next one.

Parsers therefore carry oversize data from file to file and render such entries at the end; if the chunk rotated away, the message stays incomplete (shown as missing data).
