Firehose chunk

The tracev3 chunk (tag 0x6001) that holds regular Unified Log entries: log, activity, trace, signpost and loss events.

Inside a compressed chunkset of a tracev3 file, firehose chunks (tag 0x6001) carry the log entries. A firehose preamble gives the process identifiers and a base time; each entry then has an activity type (log, activity, trace, signpost, loss), a log type (Default, Info, Debug, Error, Fault), flags telling where its format string lives (uuidtext or dsc), a thread ID, a time delta and the argument data.

Long arguments may be stored separately as oversize strings.
